We have a 14-day return so the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason, within 14 calendar days from the day on which he/she takes physical possession of the products.

CONDITIONS AND STEPS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS

1. The consumer communicates the return decision by e-mail to info@zuperprotools.com within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the products. This communication will include the number and type of products to be returned, the full name and, if the customer agrees to receive the return payment by bank transfer, the bank account in IBAN format (24 characters – numbers and letters).

2. Within a maximum of 2 working days, ZuperPRO representatives will reply by e-mail to the customer indicating the only valid address for sending the return parcel.

3. The customer will pack the product properly and then will send it with the payment of the transport cost to the address indicated by ZuperPRO, by any express courier service, within a maximum of 5 working days from the date of receipt of the ZuperPRO Tools reply.

4. Within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the returned products, ZuperPRO Tools will inform the customer of the degree of wear and tear found for each of the returned products and will refund the corresponding value by the same means by which it received it or by bank transfer, with the customer’s consent, as follows:

  • Full reimbursement will be made for products returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and with no traces of wear and tear (the products being in the same condition in which they were delivered, in their original packaging, with all accessories, with labels intact and with accompanying documents when applicable)
  • Partial reimbursement will be made for products returned without original packaging or with signs of wear and tear: ZuperPRO will determine the degree of wear and tear of each product and will reduce the reimbursed amount accordingly. The product can only be returned if the customer agrees to a reduction of the returned value by at least 20% of the purchase price or more, depending on the wear and tear, and declares that he/she has been informed of all the terms of return before making the purchase.
  • Full refund will be given for the shipping charges for the original order
  • No refund will be given for return shipping charges supported by the customer

ZuperPRO Tools will not accept the receipt of parcels with returned products in any of these cases:

  • The customer has not communicated the return decision by e-mail within the stipulated deadline
  • The customer has not paid the return shipment cost
  • The customer has sent the return parcel to another address than the one indicated by ZuperPRO

Orders for which the customer requests cancellation after the package has been picked up by the courier will only be refunded after we have received the goods back, by deducting transport costs from the total price paid by the customer for the products and transport. Important note: actual shipping costs may be higher than those invoiced to the customer (estimated at EUR 30 / order). If the package is refused by the customer, return shipping costs (estimated at EUR 30 / order) will also be deducted.
